When Are You Open?

Our normal hours can vary, but tend to hover aroun 9am - 5pm.

Rental Pick Up is by appointment only.

Rental returns are due back no later than 10am on the day which they are due.

Do You Deliver?

Oh Yes, We Do.

For normal size items / packages, delivery and pickup is a flat $125, within a 40 mile radius of downtown Chicago. Oversized orders, next-day pickup and other irregularities may increase the rental fee.

When can I pick up a rental?

Pick up is by appointment only. If you have scheduled a rental, you will know what time to pick it up based on your rental paperwork and reservation confirmation. We are happy to accommodate last-minute rentals - but please be sure to call ahead.

Do not just show up at our location expecting to rent equipment without having contacted us beforehand. You WILL be disappointed.

When can I drop off a rental?

Unless otherwise noted on your rental paperwork, all returns are due back by 10am on the return date. Any late returns may be subject to another full day rental cost. Please call ahead if you're going to be late, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What identification is required for rental?

We need a valid driver's license or state ID. We also require a valid, major credit card to keep a deposit while the equipment is on rental

Why am I being charged a security deposit?

We're giving you lots of expensive electronics and audio equipment. That equipment is the lifeblood of our business. We need to ensure that the equipment is well cared for and repair/replacement costs are covered by the renter.

We understand that the deposit may be cumbersome, but we are required by insurance to charge renters an appropriate deposit on credit card or via cash. Check is not accepted.

Full replacement cost of rented item will be charged unlss otherwise noted.

I'm not sure how to use the equipment. Can you help?

We make a point to walk you through proper operation of the equipment when we give it to you. However, we understand this can be complicated stuff... so we're available to talk you through set up as much as possible, over the phone. If you're still having difficulty, we can send a technician to your location for a fee.

This equipment isn't working right! What do I do?

If you're pretty sure there's something wrong with the equipment, we'll be happy to do whatever it takes to get you working equipment in a timely manner. Call us - 888.785.0808 - if you're having trouble.

I broke it/I lost it/It fell in the river!

Uh oh. Don't need to worry, though - we've dealt with this before. We'll keep your deposit on hand and work internally and through our vendor network to repair or replace the equipment. We'll offset the cost with your deposit, and return surplus monies, if any.

I found a package that's almost perfect. Can I customize it?

Of course you can! Our packages are simply popular collections of gear. However, every event is unique and presents specific requirements. Feel free to contact us to discuss customizing one of our rental packages.

Do you guys install car stereos?

No.

Can you help set up my home stereo?

I'm sure we could do something slamming for you. However, with our hourly rate - you're better off calling geek squad.
